Hi, On the 14th I paid for a 1 year subscription. Today is the 1st time I have had a moment to use it and I get a message stating that I need to pay for it. I accidently deleted my email verifying my subscription but my credit card has been deducted for $29.99. I would appreciate any help.

Still have not heard from you so please cancel my subscription and I am requesting a refund.
