I am trying to cancel my subscription but can not find out where to do it.

Hi Evan,

Thanks for getting in touch with us.

If you'd like to cancel your premium subscription, please follow these steps:

Start by opening a new Google Docs.
In the Add-ons menu, click on Create and Print Labels - Labelmaker
Then select My account
Under the "Current plan" section, click on Manage subscription
Now click on Cancel plan

Hello,

I can not do this. There is no way to click and even though it says "downgraded" I am being billed.
