one year vs long=term subscription

 I am currently an officer in a nonprofit organization.  The responsibility of mailings can change with elections every two years.  Can the email address of the lifetime subscription be changed as our officers change?  We are small and currently don't have an email for our organization, so are using personal emails.

Hi - is this not a program that can have be accessed by the entire organization? I didn't realize it needs to be to one account

The license applies to 1 Google account. Should multiple users want to have access, they could do it by logging into this account. Otherwise, if you want each user to have their own access, you will need separate licenses for each of them, as Google treats each account separately for security and privacy reasons.
