Bottleneck

The class methods of larry are built from underlying Numpy array
function such as np.nansum, scipy.stats.nanmean, and la's own
group_mean and mov_sum.

I am in the process of moving these array functions to a new package
called Bottleneck. It's not a direct move of the functions. Instead I
am rewriting them in Cython.
