la (master branch on github) now supports python 3. This branch will become la 0.7.

I added support for tox. Currently tox automatically runs unit tests for the following python/numpy combinations:

python 2.7, numpy 1.6.2

python 2.7, numpy 1.7.0
python 3.2, numpy 1.7.0
