Assignment using lix

Bill asked [1] for the ability to assign (setitem) values to a larry using lix:

lar.lix[['time', 'distance']] = 10

where in this example 'time' and 'distance' are axis 0 labels.

I hacked together a proof of concept [2] and added some unit tests.
Please give it a try, Bill, and let me know if it does what you
want/expect.

If it works then it needs more unit tests and a description in the
sphinx docs [3].
