Czech translation of Nextgen Molecular Workbench

I am sending you Czech translation of Nextgen Molecular Workbench, it is 
also at https://github.com/martin-slavik/lab/pull/1, but perhaps I am 
not enough skilful to do it via GitHub.

Hi,

thank you! I've copied this file and pushed to our repository (+ fixed a tiny issue with link translation).

I've also made Czech translation available in one of the simulations:

http://lab-framework.concord.org/branch/master/embeddable.html#interactives/oil-and-water.json

Note that you can switch language to Czech now. General user interface will be translated, but text in the model itself not.

We need to translate model files too, in this case:

https://github.com/concord-consortium/lab/blob/master/src/locales/cs-CZ/interactives/oil-and-water.json

This is just an example. More models can be translated on the Lab interactives page (http://lab.concord.org).
