Are existing single-family home neighborhoods in Los Angeles being razed? I've been hearing about all this high-density stuff going up around L.A. Is everybody going to be living in those places? What will happen to existing single-family home neighborhoods in L.A. and Southern California? What will happen to the suburbs?
And what will be the dominant form of transportation? You hear about traffic lanes being turned over to buses and bicycles.
