Title: RF/ANALOG IC DESIGN ENGINEER
Location: US-CA-NewBury Park
Salary: $70+ DOE + full relo + benefits
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities will include the design of a wide variety of transmit
and receive integrated circuits at 800 Mhz to 5.7 Ghz. Design and
developmemnt of GaAs MESFET/bipolar transmitter/receiver intergrated
circuits design including design for manufacturing, thermal
management and low cost packaging. Should have solid knowledge of
RF/Microwave radio circuit design techniques including wireless
digital communications.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of a BSEE degree is required; an advanced degree is
desirable, with 3-5 years experience in the design of RF monolithic
integrated circuits using GaAs MESFET or HBT device technologies for
wireless communications applications. Mixed signal (RF/analog/digital)
design experience as well as design experience with silicon
technologies a plus.
