Schwarzenegger and "European Brick Works"

I do recall reading, some years ago, a story about how Schwarzenegger and
Columbu had reportedly laid down a brick floor (memory fades -- it could have
been build a brick wall) for a customer by using reduced-price (for them),
irregular/oddly-shaped "junk" bricks.

When the woman who'd hired them for the job saw their work and complained
that they had used broken bricks, Schwarzenegger (so the story goes)
successfully convinced the woman that they way they'd done the work was the
hot, new style for flooring in Europe.

This story might have been inlcuded in the unofficial 1980s Schwarzenegger
biography by the writer Leigh.

Just another bit of evidence, if true, to prove my belief that Schwarzenegger
is a sleazy, narcissistic con man.

Does anybody know anyone who hired either of them or European Brick Works
to do any sort of home improvement work?

Alternatively, does anyone have any information about any other businesses
(other than bodybuilding and movies) that Schwarzenegger was involved in
prior to June 1974 (which is when Schwarzenegger got his green card).<
