?? (ie are you trying to say something about M and M's or is this just a
comment you wanted to make)

That was an attempt at humor, Kristof.
Florence and Normandie is where Reginald *Denny* got savagely beaten for
no reason by Damien "Football" Williams at the beginning of the Rodney
King Looting Festival.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, I got it the first time. Even 6 1/2 years
later, I'm leery of driving through that intersection. But that's
pretty lame if that's your idea of humor.

Read more carefully, dude. I didn't write the "joke," I was just
explaining it to Kristof. Direct your complaints to Sergio.

Hey, dude, my reading skills are fine. For instance, who wrote the
line, "That was an attempt at humor, Kristof"? The original "joke"
was beneath contempt, and unworthy of comment. Anyway, I didn't
intend it as flamage to you. Sorry you took it that way.

Leimert, just north of the Crenshaw split; but not the crack-house
ambience.)
Well, now that makes sense. I was still in NY at the time, and don't remember
much of what made it to the news over there. I've driven by there many, many
times. It seems to be in much better shape than they described it following
the riots.
Thanks for the clarification. I get the joke now. ;)

LOL!

I did. With your superior reading skills, note the use of the word "attempt."

I thought it was just stupid and unfunny. However, Kristof needed an
explanation. He's a student, so he may not be from around these parts.

Apology accepted.

Okay, okay...let's not get into a discussion of where the best crackhouses
are...this is la.eats, not la.smokes.
