I never got a response to my last list of suggestions and requests. I understand G-8 is desperate to unload the whole complex and they are beginning to work with a local real estate agent to try to organize a group of investors to purchase the complex. The concept of long term management and care does not seem to fit with the “flip it for a quick buck” mentality that our majority owner has. It is the difference between speculators and investors. I would think you would want to re-double your efforts in managing this complex if you hoped to retain the contract after any sale. I would also think that a major audit of funds and expenses would be highly desirable for any new buyer.
