Hello Mary,

The new owners,Mr. & Mrs. Reyes, of 409 Oasis asked me to help them resolve a high water bill problem. Their water bill had the word "landscape" on it, so I talked to customer service at Indian Wells Valley Water District. They explained that the sprinklers are attached to the 409 Oasis water meter. This means, to me, that the owners are paying to water HOA common property.

Please look into this problem. If it is not resolved soon, the Reyes family may hire a plumber to disconnect the sprinklers from the house water meter.
