HOA Members,
It is the 21st of December and the Holidays are fast approaching. Our HOA management company, The Michaels Company, is ending their relationship with our HOA at the end of the month. We are supposed to be told what will happen at that time, but in classic form have not. I have tried calling our board members at G-8, but again have received no response. I do not want to send my January HOA dues to Michaels if they are no longer associated with us.
I am going to hold onto my dues for January until I hear the correct place to send them. I have gotten caught up in the changing HOA process in the past and the bookkeeping is a nightmare. I only hope that the bills get paid so the garbage collection continues. I don’t know what else they are doing with our money since I did not receive the year end statement.
Does anyone have any idea what is happening?
