A Letter From Laura's Parents

Terry and I would like to thank everyone who fervently prayed and
supported our family since July l5, 2005. Laura's gift in life was
giving to others and making everyone she met feel special. She loved
to run half-marathons and races. Please join us in the second annual
5K Run/Walk scheduled for August 25, 2007 at Chesterfield Commons
Athletic Club in Boone's Crossing.
Traumatic brain injuries are becoming more and more prevalent. The
Laura Laughlin L6 Brain Injury Foundation is in its infancy. It's
mission is to foster education, increase prevention awareness, advance
patient care, and fund research to find cures in the field of
traumatic brain injury. Emerson Process Management (Laura's employer
where she worked as a chemical engineer) is once again the primary
sponsor of the 5K Run/Walk. If you are interested in participating in

We've had great response at our 5K Volunteer Meetings! Currently, we
are seeking volunteers for race day. If you are interested in

specify which times are most convenient for you!

6:45am-12:00pm
11:00am-2:00pm
On August 5, the registration fee will go up from $20 to $25.
