I have heard rumors of there being some sort of L5R secretary, what's the email address and what do we send to them?

This will make things easier for me when I start sending out the emails and such. Most of the things the secretary account will be doing will be starting threads that will redirect back to the STs, for things like downtime actions and expenditures.
