Updates to the specs and code

I have updated the hData network transport spec to include reflect some minor changes (meta data is now added to each Section feed entry as foreign markup, and I changed the section/POST  for documents to use multipart/mixed instead of form-data).

 

In addition, I added the Security requirements document – If you have time, we would love to hear back from you regarding these requirements. Hopefully this will also include technology suggestions for implementation!!
