hData updates

At this time, I am adopting the Java implementation to the latest hData specs (including the meta data). As a result, I am also refactoring and updating the hData schemas. The schema artifacts for continuity of care are being closely aligned with the L32 schema. Firstly, this will ensure that we cover the C32 requirements and capitalize on the work of the HL7/ASTM/HITSP work. In addition, this alignment will guarantee that the L32 <-> hData translator will work without loss of fidelity.

 

Right now, I have portions checked in – please bear with me while I clean it up. If you need a working hData sample base, please check out the revisions prior to Nov 18.
