To make progress I've posted a summary of what the group needs to do:
I'd like the group to be a whole lot more active, and use the wiki more. To get really good at maths you need to do a lot more than watch. You need to become active learners, and ideally, learn to teach each other maths too.
At the moment I am doing more writing than you are. It should be the other way round as there are more of you than there are of me. An attempt at an answer, or some explanation of how you are thinking about a problem helps us make progress. I do need to know how you approach the maths so that I can help. Think of me as a brain 'multiplier'. Whenever you write something, I'll write what I think is most helpful for where I think you currently are mathematically - but you need to write for that to work. Don't worry about impressing me or not. I'm already impressed by you all. To impress me more I want to see the group working well, and that means more action.
I'd like the group to be buzzing. I'm here to get you to the next level in maths. Make it possible for me to do that. What you write will tell me what I need to write.
