Greetings All

Its nearly time for the annual Lilongwe Half Marathon sponsored by Burco / Broadband digital solutions.  If you have never run 21KM before,

this is your chance to start training and break through those barriers. If you want to come out and have a 5km fun run with the family – That’s OK too.

If anyone wants a copy of the Zero to Hero training program that will get you up to speed in 8 weeks, drop us a mail. Attached is a copy
