Hosting a lin1 english server

Now, I know I will get a lot of flack that I didn't do my homework and look at older posts, but I am absolutely dumb when it comes to this stuff. Now, on to what this is about, hosting a lineage 1 english server. I was wondering if anyone could help me set up a lineage server? I was able to get all the files to load (to view and edit tables) but I have no idea how to get an actual server running. So what I was hoping for was if someone could explain all files needed (pretend I had nothing to start with, even lineage tikal) and the steps to get a functioning server up and running?

First, you'll need a computer and electricity service, then...
