Problems with Classic server HELP

Running Windows 10 and having issues. Getting the following error from the L!J-EN Server Console.

Also when I click the server from the Login.exe it opens S3EP1.bin but nothing else happens.

There is no error there... it just shows the connection was made and then disconnected. 

Are you sure you're using the proper client/login.exe for the version of the server?

I believe so.  I am using Lineage Tikal_Antharas_Update. Also when I created the connector I did this setting.

Also I'm using the encoder that came inside the classic master files. It's weird it gives me the server select with a green light I click on it it opens s3ep1.bin in the background and just never does anything beyond that.

Maybe it has something to do with telnet being disabled or windows 10 blocking something? Never had these problems on Windows 7.

Also is there an error log that you know in lineage that maybe can tell me what's crashing. Didn't see anything in event viewer.

Perhaps I compiled with the wrong version of JDK as well? I will also add you say that disconnect is normal, but it does the disconnect immediately after it does the connect.

Need to use the 3.63 Connector. Easiest way to fix that problem. I used the L1Justice client and just copied my Login configs over from the 3.63 encode that u make.
