uBuhlebezwe Municipality published their call for comments on their draft municipal planning bylaw and draft land use management scheme on 5 October 2015 in The Witness. The closing date for comments on the draft bylaw is 13 November 2015 and the draft land use management scheme is 30 October 2015.

This appears to be the first municipality which is publishing its bylaw and scheme at the same time. Therefore it will be interesting to see if the land use definitions are the same... The other municipal bylaws that have been published have some land use definitions that are different from that in their recently adopted schemes...
