Richmond Municipality has advertised for comments on their draft municipal planning bylaw

Richmond Municipality published their call for comments on their draft municipal planning bylaw on 31 August 2015 in The Witness. An erratum notice appeared in The Witness, 3 September 2015 stating that the closing date for comments is 30 September 2015.
