uMshwathi Municipality published their call for comments on their draft municipal planning bylaw on 10 September 2015 in The Witness. The closing date for comments is 6 October 2015.

Please note that the notice indicates that the bylaw is available on their website but I cannot see it at the moment. A query is being submitted.
