KwaDukuza "gazetted" its municipal planning bylaw on 13 August 2015

KwaDukuza Municipality published the "KwaDukuza Municipality  Spatial Planning and Land Use Management (SPLUMA) By-Laws" in the KZN Provincial Gazette No. 1467, 13 August 2015. I have heard that Ndwedwe, Maphumulo and Mandeni published their draft municipal planning bylaws for comment but I could find nothing when I did a Google search… If you saw their call for comments and have a copy of their draft municipal planning bylaws, please let me know?
