ANNOUNCE: Kyua 0.11 released

Hello everyone,

I'm pleased to announce that Kyua 0.11 is available for download:

This is a major "cleanup release" in which many outstanding bugs have
been addressed and in which the documentation has significantly
improved to provide better usability.

I submitted this pull request to Homebrew: https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew/pull/33525

I don't know if you want to handle this in future as part of your release process.

Homebrew (IMHO) is the easiest packaging system to submit changes to.

I leave FreeBSD ports, NetBSD pkgsrc to you. :)

I currently don't use Homebrew and have no need for it... so if you
want to continue doing such upgrades yourself, that's great! Thank
you!

In fact, handling package upgrades is a major time sink in the release
process -- and knowing how long the release process is makes me dread
cutting new releases, hence why they are not as frequent as you all
might like. Help there is certainly wanted ;-)
