Design of the database and report generation

Hello!

The time to implement report generation in Kyua has come. I have
written a design document detailing what use cases should be covered and
how the data backend would look like. (Teaser: this involves SQLite!)

Please note that this is still a draft. It is hard to articulate all
the still-a-bit-unclear thoughts I have in a manner that makes sense.
Also, there are still some grey areas to be clarified and detailed.

That said, the current state of affair represents pretty well where I
think things should move to. Comments are already welcome.
