Hi Folks,

Hope you're getting ready for a very happy holiday.

I just wanted to let ya'll know that the KYJSUG will hold its first meeting on Jan 23 @ 7PM at the Central Library Conf Room B. I'll email again as the date gets closer but I wanted to let everyone know so we can get a feeling for how much people actually would be willing to commit to doing this. 

We're also looking for speakers to talk about any JS topic you like for like 5 to 15 min (like RUG). Please email me privately at ron.no...@gmail.com.

Lastly, if this does get moving our plan is to have it on the fourth wednesday of the month (since RUG is second wednesday).

i read that kyjugs also i wish there could be some remote aspect for js experiments following a talk. e.g. if Bob talks about "parallax in JS" then in github we could commit our own tinkerings. that would be sweet.

and selfishly that'd allow me to participate.

i second unofficially calling the group kyjugs.

also, dearest ron, if the group is small (<20 peeps), perhaps we can consider meeting at Collexion?... since i need to be there wednesday nights anyhow to run the open house time at 6.
