And then it was time. The ceremony was, like every other detail of their day, elegantly simple, but heavy with the weight of love. Wine and appetizers were immediately served, followed by a delicious dinner, and we heard many stories about this couple's enormous impact on those around them - both on campus where Ludo works now, and at Amazement Square where Laura works. Such an intimate wedding gives more opportunity to focus on the bride and groom and just celebrate them, and they deserved every bit of it. Congratulations, guys. We're so happy for you!

My name is Ludo Gabriele and I would like to welcome you to my personal space. When I say personal space I really mean it. Woke Daddy is the platform where I share my experiences, my learnings, my mistakes and my vision of the world. I will go deep. I promise you authenticity and critical thinking around the themes of fatherhood, manhood, personal development, modern society and the universe.

I am the Co-founder and CEO of DLG Media, a family of platforms where we share experiences, stories and knowledge that challenge the status quo. Our goal is to make the world a better place for ourselves and our children. We are currently revamping the organization at this time.

Ludo raised his hand as he examined a holographic map of the region of space where his craft floated. Concern fell upon his brow as he studied the location of local stars from his coordinates. He picked up a cup of Brac-Na from a drink holder located at his arm rest.

He found the gravity generator and removed its cover. A loose contact sparked in space as he lifted his tool bag slowly towards the problem and started to work. Finished he turned around and started the steady walk to the hatch where he left empty space.

We work with local fitness professionals and organisations to provide free or low-cost sports sessions, and make sure our trainers have a thorough understanding of how gender may affect their discipline. Further than ensuring the correct use of names and pronoun preferences, we also consider how gender can creep in elsewhere. Our trainers will always communicate about bodies and movement in a non-gendered way.

Dennis first appears in "Face the Music" when Queen Moon visits his family's dilapidated manor in Mewni's Forest of Certain Death, asking about Ludo's whereabouts. After Queen Moon leaves, Dennis follows and approaches her, explaining that Ludo is not well and needs help. When asked if he knows where Ludo is, Dennis offers to fly Moon to Ludo's location.

In "Ludo, Where Art Thou?", Dennis, with the help of Ludo's giant spider, goes on a journey to locate his brother after finding his dimensional scissors. He eventually finds him living in a house made of garbage within the dimensional void, where Ludo has apparently gone mad from prolonged solitude. With Ludo's inadvertent help, Dennis works through his issues involving his parents, built up from their constant verbal abuse.

A little while back, I had some posts on crowdsourcing, which I think relates to this issue of ludo-capitalism. If people are willing to perform some activity, which they view as play and from which they derive enough pleasure to keep doing, and another person or entity can create value from that activity, then you are entering the space of ludo-capitalism. The role of the network in this process is that it allows for the coordination of enough of this activity to produce a reasonable amount of value. The example Dibbell gives in his talk is of a game at Google where players work in pairs to label images (every time they come up with a common tag, they get a point).

Like for video games, I believe ludo-narrative dissonance is not only a useful analytical tool, but also a key challenge for larp storytelling. Whether a larp is gamist, simulationist or narrativist (or any other category if one does not adhere to these) does not say anything about its quality. However, if the rules are not consistent with the announced intention, then the organiser is exposed to the likely disappointment of the players. Imagine a larp centred around introspection or character relationships, but whose preparation material instead focuses on encyclopedic rules that detail every aspect of the external world; or a larp promising to explore the daily life of 16th century Venetian merchants, without designing an in-game economy or rules of exchange.

It seems obvious that when creating rules, one should keep in mind their relevance to the game. Yet the persistence of ludo-narrative dissonance in larp suggests that it may be not that simple, as it requires from larp designers both a clear vision of what they want the players to experience, and what the rules and mechanics will engender.

Finally, and most importantly, larps are ahead of video games when it comes to avoiding ludo-narrative dissonance, because larps are by essence a collaborative form of storytelling. One of the most exciting and di cult challenges that video games are trying to overcome today is at the heart of most larps: providing players with tools that allow them to take an active role in the creation of the story and to build and tell powerful, non generic-stories within the framework of the game.

Meanwhile, Fred and George thought that Bagman gave them the Leprechaun gold by mistake and tried gently prodding him throughout the year but Bagman ignored their letters and made up excuses. Eventually, Bagman "turned nasty" (according to the Weasley twins) and told the Weasley twins that they were too young to gamble and that they would not get anything back. Fred and George found out about Bagman's debts through Lee Jordan, whose father had also been swindled considerably. Fred considered informing the Ministry of Bagman's activities, whereas George argued that it was blackmail.[9]

Ludovic was a Latinised of the French royal name, Louis. Ludovic is from Gaelic for "devotee of the Lord." "Ludo" is Latin for "I play", part of the verb ludere. In fact, this is part of the root of the word ludomania, the medical term for a gambling addiction--something that Ludo Bagman clearly has.
