Subject: Easter party
Hello all,
I am doing the organizing for the Easter party this year. I have never done
anything like this before so here's hoping all goes well.
Easter is on Sunday, April 8th, this year so we will have the party as usual
on that day at the same location, Otsu Prefectural farm in Hiei Daira. I
have yet to reserve the space (I will do that in the next few days) but
barring any unforeseen obstacles, we will have the BBQ party from noon
onward then.
I will buy the sumi (charcoal) and candy to go in the plastic eggs. Please
let me know as soon as possible if you are coming and how many so I can know
how much to buy. I will ask everyone to pay something to defray the costs.
If you have a teppan grill or mesh, please bring it.
If it rains, we will postpone to the following Sunday.
Please let me know if you any queries or suggestions. I will send another
reminder email a few weeks before the event.
