Kylo .ZIP File Feed Into S3

I have several zip files I want to ingest into S3. I create the feed job and it runs successfully. I choose CSV as the Data Format (not sure if this is correct or not). However all of the files in the zip are written to the root of the destination. Kylo doesn't create any of the sub directory structure that is contained in the zip.
How do I enable Kylo to create the entire sub directory structure as the file is ingested and place the files in their original locations?
