2-player game night

All,

There was talk of doing up a two-player game night on Thursday the
20th. Philippe is willing to host, but will be out that evening.
Fritters is good this Friday (the 14th). Does Friday night work? Nick,
I can give you a ride to Philippe's if need be.

Personally, I'd like to get in another game of Julius Caesar with
Philippe since we just played it, and I'd like Nick to show me how to
play Netrunner after that. Kinda bossy, but those are my requests. :)

I already made plans for this friday night and busy this weekend so we'll have to find another night to come to your place Philippe. 2-player games are alluding me lately.

Not hearing any confirmation on Wednesday, I also made plans for
Friday night. We'll going to stick to the original date of the 20th.

I've been thinking...should we perhaps fold this google group up and
open up a BGG guild or something? I'm not sure how effective this site
is for communication. Several users don't receive the messages here as
emails, so are out of the loop on when games are being played. The
meet-up seemed to work great, but I think some liked the filter that
this provided. Anyway, just wondering if a BGG guild or whatnot would
be a good compromise.

A reminder that we are on for this Thursday. 6pm sound good? We'll
play at Nick's since Philippe is out this go around.
the theme is two-player games. If possible, I'd still like to try
Netrunner, but outside of that, Fritters...Crusader Rex? :)

Also, what does the group think of the Risk line of games? I was a fan
of 2210, but haven't played it in about 10 years. Legacy looks pretty
neat as well. Do we even have any Risk games in the group (I ended up
sticking with Nexus Ops).

Anyway, see y'all on Thursday.

I don't know who plans on showing Thursday night, but I'm going to
bring Julius Caesar and Manoeuvre, two games that play in about an
hour or two.

If there's three of us, that's perfect for...Titan!
