I finally got the ABS I bought from SeeMeCNC.  It behaves a little differently than the MakerBot ABS so it took a little practice to get it right.  Here's what I've found:

In Slic3r under Filiment settings set First Layer to 200 and Other Layers to 220.  Since the first layer is so slow keeping it at 220 the whole time will burn the ABS but at faster speeds 200 isn't hot enough to extrude the filament.

I've also found that blue tape works well with Acetone.  For small parts this is an easy, sure fire way to make the parts stick.

Even when printing ABS, this extruder type needs the fan on.  Be sure to rotate your parts so the simplest side is facing the fan, otherwise it will warp due to cooling.

I have found that printing on glass that has been sprayed with hairspray workd well for me. No tape. No slurry.

yeah glass with aquanet rocks ,        my printer is little different then you guys ,  i print abs first layer 200 then down to 195f

good thing about the glass is you can have more then one  glass Build platform going  , soon as one is printed one you can take it out an put that glass sheet with part stuck to it
into a refrigerator an the cold will make the part pop right off ,    while nother glass bed is being printed on .
