Experiential Training Course on
Desingful Leadership
11-13 November 2015 (2 ½ day)

Designful Leadership is a LEADERSHIP MODEL that combines mindfulness, creativity, design thinking, the power of focus, the power of team building and nonviolent communication, and integrates them into a PRACTICE. We will learn how to create awareness that guides your day-to-day practice at work and leads you to big discoveries and impacts.

Meditation practice, mindfulness can dramatically improve our productivity. The teachings of the old masters are directly applicable to the new environment, and the new style of management that’s emerging.
