Support to Electoral Reform in Cambodia is a 2-year project funded by the European Union, facilitated through United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), implemented by Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung and National Election Committee in Cambodia.

To support the project in Phnom Penh, we are currently looking for a committed and qualified part-time (20 hours a week) project administrator/accountant to support the implementation of the project activities. The person has to work in close cooperation with the Project Director and the project team. A one year contract (with possible renewal) would be offered. The position is to be occupied as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
♦ Project Administration and Logistics (Hotel- and flight bookings for experts, providing transportation for experts in Project)
♦ Support Program Management and Coordination
♦ Database/Contact Management and Supporting Public Relations
♦ Support Internal and External Communication
♦ Supervision of the financial implementation of the project
♦ Preparation of the monthly and yearly financial reports of the project
♦ Cashier in Project
♦ Maintenance the office equipment, communication system and IT equipment
♦ Office Stationary/Supplies/Consumables in Project
♦ Communication (Letters, Fax, E-Mail) in Project
♦ Organization of the Project Files (Electronic files and hardcopies)
♦ Copies, preparation of documents and other preparations for workshops, seminars in Project
♦ Support of the project team in the coordination and supervision of implementation of the project activities
Requirements
♦ At least 3 years of work experience in same or similar position
♦ Bachelor Degree or higher in Finance or Accounting
♦ Excellent proficiency in English and Khmer (writing, reading and speaking)
♦ Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
♦ Ability to meet deadlines and experience in handling pressure and challenging work.
♦ Experience in working for a foreign organization or foundation is an advantage
♦ Very good Interpersonal and intercultural skills
