Folks,

The September issue comes a bit late as usual!

In this newsletter we are launching the first in a series that lays out a deeper understanding of the youth bridge concept. We will begin looking specifically at the key elements of our Kairos style of work: our "eyes on" every individual model and our defined approach to personal discipleship.

I apologize to our newsletter subscribers who aren't in a covenant community context. Some of the principles we have developed are specific to the community context, but not many. Those that are, can often be translated into another youth work context but not all.

Eventually, we will get back to our usual youth culture roller coaster ride!
