This decision is not final but for now one of your ranks has proved to
have a noted ability and leadership quality.

I appoint Joan Wrangler to the position of Manager. (And the peasants
regoiced!!)

This position is not given lightly, and cannot be abused or it shall
be taken away. It's kind of like being made a "00"-agent like 007 was
James Bond. It's a license to kill, so use it wisely.

I for one do not have to worry about who lives or dies in the world,
that's someone else's job. But you will lose your license if giving
you that makes my work load go up.
