I am here you guys now what can I do to make this a really super duper group for all of you all?

it is not the numbers that impress me it is the numbers that interact,
can we get that built up any and if this is going to be something that
I am going to do I would prefer that it would simply be non moderated
or only new members that were being moderated. I think that might
help it to go with the flow better? That is just my two cents.

I won't put your post on the list, but I just got an email about this
post.

I think that this list is open to talk about anything anyone wants to
talk about. The person that wrote it must already have something in
mind that they don't want on our little list here, but suppose that I
am obligated in some way now to try to get this list going, that is
why I was made the manager or one reason I do suppose. If not that is
okay too because I already did what I wanted to do and certainly do
appreciate it.

As far as what we can talk about we can talk about anything anyone
wants to talk about and if others don't like it they have choices: be
absolutely quite and delete it or leave because they don't want to
talk about it, share their own point of view no matter how different
as long as it doesn't become a personal attack and understand that
vigorous debate is one of the most important parts of a democracy and
it doesn't really hurt anyone, or they can post their own post and get
that started or we can do anything that we feel comfortable doing here
as long as we are each responsible for what we say here and have an
understanding of that.

The only thing that really offends me is silence and I hate that
personally.

"Lurkers", that is the word for them, those that are just being nosy
and or may even be too shy to really be in a group like this and yet
find what is being said fascinating for some reason, or they may want
to leave maybe and just don't know how, or they think that someone
strange will bite them in their asses if they leave and don't come
back, or maybe have left and never ever check their emails anymore? I
don't know how to cull and weed through them though.
