You've proved u'r selling rooms. No reason for them to do that. If they do, reiterate fact that we've got this many rooms at such short period, as deadline is a month away - they can expect a lot more around deadline.

And we don't want extra rooms with deposit. And if they don't give extra rooms, hotel will probably lose out on rooms as higher room costs may deter people from attending.

Great to hear from you. Yes the holiday was fantastic. I had a chance to
spend some quality time with my 18 month year old niece who lives in Austin.
How are things at your end?

I am so glad the event is turning out to be a success! After hearing the
depressing news about our economy tanking, it is definitely a breath of
fresh air to hear meetings are still taking place and business travel is
still continuing. I am working on adding the additional 15 rooms per night
for you at the $149 rate. I will aim to have an addendum to you by tomorrow
morning at the latest. If you could sign this and get this to me, we should

I hope you your vacation was great. Hopefully your all rested up for the
stresses that await you. I am writing to see if you can add 15 more rooms
to our room block (KYAA) at the price we orginally agreed to. Please just
