Infusion lounge

Reps from the Infusion lounge called. We are scheduled there on Friday, oct 29, which is a costume party. Asked if we prefer to come on saturday, which is not a costume party. We still wanna do friday and not sat, right? Please confirm. Thanks.

Yea lets do Friday instead of Saturday because I told everyone to bring a costume. So I'll just tell everyone that we are wearing costumes friday night instead. Don't think it'll be a big deal. Also we need to have another conference call to make sure we have tied up any loose ends, and partly because I want to hear all your beautiful voices again. Is the evening of monday the 11th ok with everyone?

Conference Call --- Much Needed and Monday is fine.

Club -- I think the orginal schedule had fusion lounge scheduled for
Satruday night. We were going to do the Marriot Lounge and ICE
Breakers on Friday. I think we decieded to wait till Saturday for the
club night. If we switch to Friday night we will need to find another
Saturday night event.

Hey guys,

 

can't make the call tonight since i'm working till 730p PST..but I did have a few questions that I was hoping could be addressed or clarified:

 

1. Whether infusion lounge is done on friday or saturday night, do we have a plan for the other night? Are we thinking another clubbing night and need to come up with a club or are we thinking another event? Personally, I think going out Saturday in costumes would be better than friday night just because it's the day everyone arrives and since we have to be up relatively early on saturday for the volunteering event.

 

2. Also, for the infusion discount or free entry, Im being asked by several people if there is a list they need to get on or how the "guestlist" is going to be constructed...jimmy V?

 

3. As for the transportation information from the airport to the city, should I just post it on the event wall so everyone can see it or do you guys recommend some other way?

Tina, for questions 1 & 2, here's the plan: Anish is looking into a few local areas for the other night we are there. You're right, sat would be ideal for the costume party. But Infusion is having their costume party on fri. So, if anish can find a place that's hosting a costume party on sat, we'll just use friday as a non-costume thing for us. The only problem is we'll be the only ones not dressed up.

As for the guestlist, just say I love Roshen and Anish at the door and you're good. => jk, haven't gotten that detailed with the club. I'm waiting on Anish so I can provide and get from the club details with one call.
