Peterson Named Acting G.M.
From Hank Childers, President, KXCI Board of Directors:
On April
24th the Board of Directors for the Foundation for Creative Broadcasting (KXCI)
accepted the resignation of Ryan Bruce, General Manager of
KXCI.
The board's executive committee has named Randy
Peterson as Acting General Manager. Randy will also continue his duties as
Development Director.
Station operations are in very
capable hands with Randy and the rest of the staff and all the talented
volunteers. The currently active Strategic Planning Process, which looks to the
future of KXCI, is a broad-based effort that is well underway and will not be
adversely affected by this change. I expect the Board to review and reconsider
the job responsibilities for General Manager, and then to initiate appropriate
recruitment efforts.
