What will be covered?

The essentials of documenting a number of key transaction events.  Along the way other, we will cover specific templates to help you. . .

• Neutralize “he said/she said” scenarios and eliminate scenarios where no one can prove who sent what to whom.
  
• Impress upon your client the urgency of careful review of key documents.
  
• Impress upon your Buyer client the significance of removal of the loan and appraisal contingencies.
  
• Warn Buyer of the dangers of non-contingent offers.
  
• Warn client about issues relating to non-form attorney-created contract items such as REO Addenda, new construction contracts, and auction addenda
  
• Document Landlord and Tenant understanding of Broker obligations after lease formation.
