What: There will be a half hour panel discussion on the following: "Increasingly,
we are hearing how food is essential to our health, but at the same

opportunities for access to healthy food that also reduces our impact on
the environment? What role can community gardens and/or other food
initiatives play in this?" The panel discussion would be followed by a conversation cafe. Panelists include Steven Svenson, Brianne McCallum, and Meg Herod, all individuals heavily involved with gardening and the local food movement
