highlight problem

I'm using Kwout with 5th grade students using Acer Netbooks. With some
of the Netbooks we have problems highlighting an image. For example,
even though we'll start at the upper left corner of an image, the
highlight will begin in the middle of the image. Any ideas what the
problem is??

IE. latest version. the netbooks are brand new.

We are very sorry, we are still trying to reproduce the problem. While
we investigate the problem, would you please use the alternative
bookmarklet, called "kwout everywhere"? The bookmarklet is a brand new
one. We believe it should work.
