Missing [K] icon...

# x86 win vista home sp2
# firefox 28 -> 29
Firefox lost the add-on bar since firefox 29 update, and kwout [k] icon also gone with the bar.
I tried the following:
*customize toolbar
*re-install kwout
*restore add-on bar
But any trial were not able to restore kwout [k] icon.
Please anyone tell us how to restore kwout [k] icon on firefox 29.
(as add-on, not as bookmarklet)
# firefox 28 -> 29

Thank you for your comment, and sorry for late reply.
You can find the "Quote this page...." action on the right click menu. It's equivalent to the [k] icon.
Also, you can restore the add-on bar with https://addons.mozilla.org/ja/firefox/addon/classicthemerestorer/.
