Go to the beginning of the footage, select the 3D Tracker Camera layer, then press Alt+[ to trim the beginning of the camera to the beginning of the footage. When I use the 3D camera tracker and after analysis e.g. create a text + camera, The camera has a movement of about 10000px, where it moved like maybe 3 meters and the text that I pinned to the background is around 100000px away, where it have been around 5-10 meters on the set.

Not really. Unfortunately the AE tracker can't be calibrated and nay solution it calculates is arbitrary and bears no relation to any realworld measurements. Sometimes the resulting scene is too big, sometimes too small, sometimes just right. Of course you can multiply the keyframe values by applying an expression like value*0.1 or similar, but you still have to put up with figuring out the correct camera settings to compensate for the scaling, which actually is the tricky part.

I would go about this project a little differently. First, remove any lens distortion - the most likely cause of huge 3D spaces. Second, make sure you set an origin and ground plane. Third, create two or three 3D solids in key locations and check for accuracy. I haven't seen the shot but every time I end up with a huge 3D space created and followed these steps things were more accurate and the track was better. AE's calculated camera has Zero lens distortion so unless you are shooting with really good glass on a pro camera you're probably running into this problem and the edges are going to have a hard time staying stuck to the video. GO Pro Studio has an excellent distortion correction tool available. For my feature film work I try and always get some test footage from the lenses or look up a distortion profile for them before doing any serious compositing that has to extent to the edges of the frame.

You have added a track solid and some track nulls. Preferrable the solid you added would be set to the origin and ground plane of the shot. None of those layers are labeled so there is no way to know where they are and I don't see any of them in the frame.

A new layer is always at Comp Center, but the camera is not pointing at Comp Center. To bring your 3D text into view you need to scrub through the timeline until you find one of the Track Nulls or the Track Solid, hold down the Shift key and Parent the Text layer to the appropriate layer. Then you need to adjust the rotation of the text layer and position it properly in relation to the surface you have defined with the nulls or solids you placed in the scene.

I mean I didn't create anything yet After create a 3D tracking camera I just start creating simple text and I just click it into 3d object but it suddenly disappears from the screen it doesn't show inactive camera but stay the same position when view in front camera @Rick Gerard

When you run the camera tracker and create your first Camera and Track Solid the track solid is at 0, 0, 0, not at the comp center (960, 540 for an HD comp) and the camera is pointing at the center of the solid. Move up or down the timeline and the Track Solid, Your purple layer 2, does not move but the camera does.

You will not have very much success learning how to use After Effects unless you take some time to study some good tutorials. I already pointed you to the User Guide. You need to study the 3D workspace and learn about the UI. If you change your comp panel to 4 views you will see that the Track Solid is in the top left corner of the comp, the camera is pointing at it, and the 3D text layers you created are at the comp center completely out of the camera's view. The only reason that you are seeing the text in the front view is that the front view always looks directly down the Z-axis to the comp center.

Please spend some time learning how to use the Camera Tracker. Even most of the poorly produced and poorly thought out Camera tracking tutorials produced by enthusiasts and posted on YouTube will show you how to get started with camera tracking.

I just got the tobii this weekend and its amazing, really good if you don't like the trackir hat and wires. For some reason tho (maybe MSFS not supported yet) it doesn't move when leaning forward or back. But the head tracking is really good adding extra immersion.

You need to set one of the settings to 1 or above in the Eye tracker settings menu inside MSFS. I can't remember which one, but I think it is the last one at the bottom of the list.
You can google it as well, and there is guidance on YouTube.

I set the head / eye tracking ratio to 95% and I find it quite good at that setting. The other sensitivities are around 1.5.

After a couple hours of investigation, I had found and addressed 3 important performance bottlenecks. The app could now reach 25 FPS, improving performance by over 250%. While far from perfect, the app finally felt usable.

Initially, I planned to use pose estimation and a trained classifier to detect distinct phases of an exercise. For example, a burpee could be decomposed into these 3 phases: crouching, planking, and jumping.

As usual, I performed exercises in front of the camera, but this time I logged all frames (snapshot of 17 keypoints) to a CSV file. I then analyzed the data using Python and Google Colab, to look for patterns and find an appropriate repetition counting algorithm. You can view the notebook here.

Camera Tracker for After Effects* lets you pull 3D motion tracks and matchmoves without having to leave After Effects. It analyses the source sequence and extracts the original camera's lens and motion parameters, allowing you to composite 2D or 3D elements correctly with reference to the camera used to film the shot.

Camera Tracker lets you configure a ground plane, thus setting the entire scene's orientation and offset via a variety of means that allow for rapid scene setup, allowing fine tooth control over the scene's offset and orientation, or manual tweaking.

Once a shot has been solved and a scene created, you can easily render a 3D feature preview, which details the positions of the individual feature points and their current selection and frame state. This unique feature can be used to visualize and assist in setting ground planes and creating objects.

Camera Tracker features a comprehensive solve stats and refinement workflow. Standard After Effects parameters are set showing a number of useful statistics, both after the track phase and after the solve phase.

Camera Tracker can estimate the lens distortion of the tracked clip for you, then provides the ability to both flatten and re-distort the plate. It will additionally refine an estimate you dial in, and it supports both spherical and asymmetric distortions.

Camera Tracker is able to work from either known focal length and film back shots, or to estimate this data for you using its high tech and production tested solve phase algorithms. Locked and varying focal lengths can be calculated, and a flexible 'refine' function allows you to explicitly define a rough estimate should you wish to lock to a particular range.

In addition to supporting standard moving camera shots, Camera Tracker's flexible track validate and solve stages can additionally be locked down to solve nodal pans (i.e. where camera body and lens is rotated around the nodal point of the combination).
