Ipurchased a HP laptop limited editions series HP dv 2699ee in 2008 in MUSCAT . I was facing the problem right from the purchase of same..Like heat up. starting problem. initially i was thought it is the problem with vista . even though i hardly used this laptop for my office work that time my laptop completely off on one fine day i came to notice that my warranty expired got it checked with authorized service centre in india where they diagnosed and told that my motherboard has gone.since this out of warranty ,service centre quoted 50% of the laptop price for relacing with the new mother board that too with 3 months warranty After googled i noticed lot of such complaints and this is because of nvdia graphics card mother board has failed.when i check this with service centre they simply denied to accept their fault and replace free of cost.

It is because of the simple reason of out of warranty ,HP is not paying for free replacement not owning the responisbility of faulty manufacturing? or HP manufactures faulty laptops for the customers to work for only warranty period?

if board can hear my grievance and find out a good solution its my pleasure to consider HP for future needs. Board can refer recent Toyota management where they have recalled cars for faulty part replacement to gain the confidence of customer's HP can try any of this sought to gain confidence otherwise HP laptop market share will dip though you manufacture laptops of aesthetic and good looking?

I've been playing the sims 4 for years, I bought the sims 4 limited edition at a thrift store for $20 when i was younger and that same day I downloaded origin and put in my redeem code for that sims 4 disk I had purchased it was easy. A few years later I moved and lost all of my belongings along with my sims 4 case and code. I no longer have that code for my sims 4 disk which origin is now asking for which it hasn't done for years but today of all days it does and now none of my games or my gaming information nor my purchase histories of the sims 4 DLC that I bought is showing there's absolutely now no proof that I even had the game. I do not know what to do I am very deeply upset. that was way too much money put into that, I'm about to stop using Origin/EA all together if there's no way around this. This is ridiculous seriously, they could've warned me before all of this would have happened and not to mention I haven't had anyone hack me or had another EA account this is my only account I've been a active member since 2017 this is messed up. I've tried uninstalling origin and reinstalling it and re logging in but nothing will go back to the way it was.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I had all game packs and stuff packs besides 3, i had been working on getting all of them for 2 years. MY hours ive played are gone too, i had 1000+ hours played.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dont know.

What happens when the bug occurs? ALL of my purchases are GONE, i have no packs at all, they all disappeared after not playing my game for a month or two and then updating it.

What do you expect to see? I expect to see my stuff packs back its really upsetting me.
