Hi All
There is a way to increment the console timeout parameter?

In some case when start application scripts or post deploy scripts take a long time to be executed, I receive this error:

*** console read timeout ***

and in these cases, often, the execution of the scripts are truncated.

Thanks

Francesco

Hi Francesco,

In kwatee 2.1.x you can configure these parameter by editing web apps/kwatee/WEB-INF/applicationContext.xml
You will find the following:

<bean id="sshConduitFactory" class="net.kwatee.deploy.server.conduit.impl.SshConduitFactory">

<property name="commandTimeout" value="10000" /> <!-- ssh normal command timeout in milliseconds -->

<property name="slowCommandTimeout" value="30000" /> <!-- ssh slow command timeout in milliseconds -->

</bean>

Just change the values to suit your needs and then restart the kwatee servlet (or tomcat if you prefer).
