Hi. A couple of years back I went to court to fight a traffic
ticket. When my case was over, I walked into another court
room to watch proceedings. The second case, a 25 or so
year old was brought from the jail in Milton to face a charge
of shoplifting. He went into a Zehrs store, and opened an
empty Zehrs bag, put meat into the bag and tried to walk out.
He was stopped by a loss prevention officer.
And I wondered why Zehrs their very selves were not standing
in front of a judge for selling stinky meat.
I've purchased meat before from them fraudsters that was way
off. Stinky. I know one thing also. When you have been
working around meat for a little while, you instinctively
know when meat isn't fit for human consumption. This stinky
meat is put out on purpose in the hopes that people will not
bring it back. And most don't.
Zehrs should be in court for fraud, but the system don't
work that way. The weak little stupid crack heads end up
in the system, not the wealthy pricks.
